A note about numbers...

How many learners should be involved in usability testing? Well, it does not have to be many. Research suggests as few as five learners can identify 85% of problems/issues with e-learning. This suggests that feedback can be useful and relevant even with very small numbers of learners involved in testing; it may also be less time-consuming to collect feedback from fewer individuals.
