Why are these methods useful?

Scenarios/thinking aloud can be used to gain feedback from the learner and identify any problems with e-learning material. Thinking aloud also enables understanding about how the learner is using the e-learning material and why. Changes to the e-learning content/design that could improve usability might be highlighted from this.
