It is also useful to gain an insight into the learner's experience by asking about:
- How satisfied the learner feels when using e-learning/which aspects of e-learning give the learner satisfaction and why
- If the learner feels competent/lacks confidence with using e-learning material and why
- Any aspects of e-learning that make the learner frustrated and why
- Whether the learner feels motivated to learn and why
