How can responses be recorded?

Interviewee responses can be recorded by taking notes and/or taping speech with permission. Regarding questionnaires, the way of recording answers should depend on how detailed feedback needs to be. For some questions, single word answers in the form of tick boxes may suffice. Open questions may be more appropriate if more explanation is required for answers. |
