Who should receive a questionnaire/undergo structured interview?

Interviews can be used to obtain the learner's views about usability of e-learning. Questionnaires can be completed by both the designer and learner.



Why are questionnaires/structured interviews useful?

For meaningful feedback to be obtained about usability, specific responses are required. Feedback should be detailed and relevant so areas to change can be identified; objective questions should highlight errors/problems to address. Questionnaires/interviews are useful because they are explicit about what individuals should comment on and have a highly structured format.
