So what is 'Usability'?
In essence usability is the ability to use something or ease with which something can be used. More specifically, usability is '...the effectiveness, efficiency and satisfaction with which specified (individuals) can achieve specific goals in particular environments'. In relation to e-learning, usability is the ability of learners to gain knowledge from electronic software/media with ease and satisfaction.
