   2. Psychological e.g., fear of sedation / opioids from family or patient
   3. Spiritual e.g. religious factors / unresolved issues preventing peacefulness
   4. Social e.g. impact of place of care - who will give sc injection if patient at home
4. Discuss who to ask for help - senior colleague, nurse, palliative care team
