Caleb is 8 months child and was born prematurely at 30 weeks gestation. He had an uncomplicated stay on the neonatal unit for support of his feeding. A
He is maintaining his own airway. He has respiratory distress and a respiratory rate of 71rpm. He's currently got saturations of 89% on air. He has a pulse rate of 180bpm and refill time (CRT) of 4 seconds.
I'm worried he may have bronchiolitis and has a raised paediatric warning score R
Can you review him immediately please?
